1. ATTENTION

In this phase, I will examine the core problem and what needs attention.

I do this in conversation with you, management, managers and employees. I am reviewing all existing processes and the associated documents of the themes that need change.

One week - on location

2. STRUCTURE

In this phase, I am hands-on and involved in structuring the change issues. I provide advice, resources, and methods to strengthen the foundation. During this period, I stimulated changes in behaviour and mindset through coaching.

One month full-time - on location

3. STABILITY

In this phase, I guide and coach the people involved in embedding the revised topics. Everything will be much more stable for you as an owner, team and company.

Three months - 2 hours per week - remote

RESULT

After phase 3, the company will have a strong foundation and be ready to grow to the next level.

The team can immediately put all the tools into practice. As a result, it is also anchored in the concept. It is clear to everyone what the entrepreneur expects from them.

All the changes will make a difference in the atmosphere within the team, the quality of the concept, the product, the service and the revenue growth.
